By accessing our private network and utilizing our digital atelier services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following elite terms and conditions.
Membership within the Gold Page network is a privilege reserved exclusively for approved creators, artists, and lifestyle enterprises.
Elite Membership & Access
Gold Page operates strictly on an invitation and private waitlist model. We reserve the absolute right to grant, deny, or revoke access to our platform at any time, based on our internal visual audits and brand alignment standards, without prior notice or explanation.
Content & Intellectual Property
While you retain 100% complete intellectual ownership of the files, images, and data you provide, Gold Page grants you a custom digital footprint. You may not replicate, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the bespoke layouts, premium infrastructure, or specific code architecture created for you by our concierge specialists.
What is and isn't allowed
We love the variety of content that our users post on Gold Page! However, we want to ensure that everyone who visits the Platform can do so safely. That's why we have our Standards.
Our Standards set out what content is and isn't allowed on Gold Page, so please make sure you follow them, otherwise we may suspend or permanently remove your account.
When we talk about your "content", we mean the text, graphics, videos, links, and any other materials you add to your Gold Page profile. You're responsible for your content and you warrant that:
- it's yours or if you're using third party content, you have all of the rights needed to post it on Gold Page (and to let us use it in accordance with these Terms);
- none of your content will violate the privacy, publicity, IP or other rights of anyone else;
- your content will not (i) be misleading or deceptive, intended or designed to misinform, or likely to misinform a reasonable person, (ii) cause either of us to break any laws or legal obligations, and (iii) bring us into disrepute or damage our reputation;
- your content doesn't contain any viruses or other harmful code, files, or programs designed to interrupt or damage the functionality of the Platform or any other software, hardware or device;
- you will not use, or authorise others to use, automated scripts or other scraping tools to collect information from your profile, or the Platform;
- you won't post any unauthorised advertising, solicitations or endorsements on Gold Page;
- all of your content complies with the Standards.
Since laws and regulations differ from country to country, we may ban content that might be legal in some countries, and to take whatever action we think necessary, including removing content or restricting access to it or the Platform.
Acceptable Use & Visual Curation
To preserve the prestige of our network, members must maintain an aesthetic and professional standard that reflects success. Any utilization of Gold Page to distribute visually degrading or unapproved commercial content will result in immediate termination of membership and the permanent removal of your digital storefront.
Complete Privacy & Tracking
Unlike ordinary mass-market bio links, Gold Page is entirely free from invasive third-party analytics and tracking scripts. Your visitor traffic and pixel data remain completely confidential. We pledge to never sell, trade, or compromise your personal brand's digital data.
Custom Modifications
These terms may be updated dynamically as our luxury ecosystem evolves. Continued use of your premium estate after modifications constitute absolute acceptance of the revised standards.
